In remembrance of the DSVC’s founder and first president, John Carter, this lifetime achievement award is given to a DSVC Sustaining Member in recognition of his or her longstanding contributions of time, resources, and overall support to the club. This award honors many years of continuous and significant service that has greatly impacted the DSVC and the industry as a whole.
