How would I go about finding a contract User Interface type web person? Honestly, I'm not even sure what the title of this person would be, but it needs to be someone who can take the vision of how a web site should look, and make it work functionally very well. Kind of a hybrid person between a geeky programmer and a web designer. But this person should understand usability of web sites.

Help. Where would I go to find this person?
