Art Director

Fast-paced publishing/creative department located in the Lake Dallas area is seeking a seasoned art director.
 
Primary responsibilities include art directing and supervising all the creative design for a major newsstand publication titled SUCCESS magazine www.successmagazine.com in addition to other miscellaneous projects.
Familiar with a variety of the field¹s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Must be a multi-tasker as well as a team player w/no attitude!
 
Should be adept in Macintosh environment including but not limited to:
InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Should include Photoshop skills with retouching. Must have eye for photography and experience doing photo shoots.
 
MUST HAVE AN EYE FOR DETAIL/DESIGN and a cutting edge designer.
Need to be a highly motivated individual who can take on multiple projects at a time. College degree preferred or 6+ years of Agency or in-house experience desired.
2-5 years Magazine publication experience is a MUST.
 
Some travel required.
