Freelance Art Director / Senior Designer

Young, good looking, medium-build agency seeks freelance Art
Directors/Senior Designers/Concept Creators to help with design. We're not
looking for anything serious immediately, but this relationship could
blossom. This freelance position will work with the creative team on a range
of creative deliverables and we are in need of all levels of designers, so
don't be shy.

Turn-ons:

• 2 years minimum professional experience in graphic design
• Experience in various materials and production techniques relating to
• packaging and point of purchase at retail
• Acute awareness of current trends
• Expertise in the latest computer graphic technology and programs
• (Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign)
• Must work well under tight time constrains to assure timely delivery of
• projects
• Ability to work well with others as part of a team, as well as dive in and
• take ownership of a project
• Excellent verbal communications and interpersonal skills
• Critical attention to detail (strong follow-up and follow-through)
• Experience with offset printing

Turn-offs:

• Finishing the coffee without making a new pot
• Stinky feet
• Flat-rimmed baseball caps
