Graphic Intern

J. Reneé is the manufacturer and distributor of the women’s shoe brands J. Reneé and Jessica Bennett.  The company has been producing fashion-forward shoes for over 25 years.  The product is available world-wide in major retail departments such as Nordstrom and Dillard’s and independently owned boutiques.
 
The graphic design internship will provide the student with a professional work environment in which he or she will gain knowledge and experience in the creative development of all advertising and marketing efforts by working closely with the Marketing Department. The intern’s duties include, but are not limited to, assisting in the design of collateral pieces, direct mail pieces, print advertisements, online newsletters, homepage images, etc. This position will allow the individual to present original ideas to develop unique marketing pieces.
           
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator required.  Knowledge in web design is a plus.  Candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work under tight deadlines when needed. 
 
Business hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm M-F. This position is for part-time, approximately 15-20 hours a week and is located in Carrollton, TX at Frankford and I-35.  We are very flexible with student schedules.  Pay - $8.00/hour.
