Senior Designer

As a Senior Designer, you will work in tangent with the Director of Creative, the creative and technology departments in generating and executing fearless digital solutions for our clients branding and marketing endeavors, focused primarily in web sites, web applications, mobile applications, and other interactive mediums.
 
Your responsibilities and contributions will include:

• Understanding each client, from brand, target audiences, competition, and current marketing/advertising strategies
• Face-to-face engagement with the client during all points of a creative initiative, from strategy sessions to creative presentation
• Major contributor in all internal and external concept and strategy sessions
• The generation, execution and production of digital concepts, which includes web design, mobile applications, and Flash projects

 
You will work with:

• The Director of Creative
• The creative department
• The information architecture department
• The technology department
• Internal project managers
• Account executives

 
Requirements:

• 2+ years agency experience
• A portfolio of your digital work that showcases your creative potential
• Working knowledge of Mac OS, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash (ActionScript a plus), and basic HTML
• The ability to produce exceptional creative on time and within budget
• A four year B.A. degree from a traditional college or university
