Junior Designer

In this technical design role, we will ask you to let your creativity soar! We want you to love what you do, like we do and for you to be an integral part of an already strong team with a great history and a solid plan for moving forward. You will be responsible for the day-to-day production work, including creation and updating of website banners, website artwork and company marketing collateral. This is the perfect position for a Junior Designer who wants to jump in with both feet and gain tons of valuable experience.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Portfolio is required to interview
• Experience in producing graphics for the web is a plus, as is experience with Adobe Flash
• Experience building custom websites or content management system driven websites a plus
• Great use of CSS and a solid fundamental understanding of UI a plus
• Built software application UI that looked awesome a plus
• History of improving yourself through training, books or other resources a plus
• Website source code that is clean and concise education and/or experience history a plus
