Account Executive – 2-5 yrs experience

Opportunity for full-time employment with fast-growing Dallas marketing boutique agency. Consumer electronics and CPG marketing. print production knowledge and retail experience a plus.

Account executive role serves as liaison between client and creative services; supports client contact/communication; ensures flawless execution on project work and owns delegated projects; continues industry awareness; manages finances and budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Provides project organization, timeline management and job direction to creative service and production service staff via standard forms
• Understanding of available and appropriate marketing tools and tactics
• Basic knowledge of technical aspects and techniques related to creative and production
• Plays an active role in developing /maintaining client relationships as primary point of contact for agency projects
• Develops, manages and executes client programs, including, but not limited to the following activities: Scheduling workflow and creating timelines, written creative and client direction; timeline and budget development/maintenance; vendor meetings and management
• Financial management: estimating time and costs, written estimates, cost-to-dates/tracking, invoices
• Maintains awareness of client industry
