As Graphic Designer you will be responsible for the layout, mechanical production and workflow of all assigned projects. Ideally the Graphic Designer possesses a good sense of design, is highly collaborative and skilled in creating flawless presentations in PowerPoint, print or any requested presentation medium.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Work closely with New Business, Conceptors and Creative Director to and assist in developing innovative and effective solutions for all assigned projects including presentations, new business pitches, etc.
- Create visual designs, including typography, visual concept and layout
- Retouching and creation of visual comps to help sell in an idea to clients
- Adhere to creative standards developed by Creative Director
- Execute the design of creative concepts and assure sound mechanical production
Position Requirements
Education/Experience:
- Associate Degree, but 4 year degree preferred
- 3-5 years of proven graphic design and production experience

- Passionate about design, typography, color theory, hierarchy and flow
- Ability to solve complex communications problems
- Loves to explore creative options yet understands time management and the correct use of resources in a creative department
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work quickly and precisely in a fast-paced environment
- Professional personality that interacts well with all levels of agency
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Enthusiastic about creating amazing presentations
Mandatory:
- A strong design style that is demonstrated with a portfolio of samples
- Expert knowledge in and Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word etc.) and solid working knowledge of design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
