Account Executive

Job Description:
Rocket Red, a full service advertising agency in downtown Dallas, is currently looking for an energetic and passionate account executive to join our growing team. Agency experience is required. Must be a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills. The Account Executive will support the account service team in day-to-day management of all client projects, and may also support the team with new business initiatives. This position assists in the development and implementation of strategies for clients’ internal and external marketing programs (advertising, communications, public relations, web, promotions, face-to-face marketing, interactive) targeted to specific verticals/horizontals, partners, strategic alliances and industry-at-large.  Specifically, the AE will be responsible for opening and trafficking jobs, managing production schedules and budgets, performing category and project-specific research, participating in agency status and client meetings, proofing ad copy/layouts, preparing client estimates and invoices, and writing conference reports.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Communications or Marketing
- Two (2) years of agency account management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Must be well organized, flexible, have ability to manage multiple tasks, possess   adequate time management skills, be a self-starter
