Web Developer /Motion Graphics/3D Animator

Dallas-area marketing agency seeking a 3D animator and digital media specialist for variety of web applications.  Opportunity for top-notch client work at a fast-growing creative services boutique in a fun, high-energy environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience using HTML, CSS, XML, Flash & Flash ActionScript, Javascript, AJAX, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Final Cut Pro
• Excellent Photoshop skills – including retouching and masking photography in a timely manner
• Rendering and 3D product modeling a plus
• Keen design sensibilities and technical expertise, coupled with an understanding of web usability
• Strong collaboration skills (you will interact with directors, editors, designers and clients to develop products)
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects

Character of Work
Hire will be someone who is familiar with web and digital communications and technological development for the purpose of general web, sizzle reels and flash animation.  He/she will work with a creative staff to extend marketing campaigns and client initiatives into digital areas.

Job Duties
The Web Designer & Developer will…
Identify and execute opportunities to develop integrated animation and audio content for presentations and websites
Help concept and design original ideas for client products and services related to digital communication

• Mentor team and clients on the use of digital media
• Monitor and analyze web traffic activity
